Privacy Policy

• Identity & contact data: full name, email address, mobile number, city/state.
• Education data: college/university name, branch or department, year of study, semester, marks/grade sheets you upload for document verification.
• Enrolment data: course selected, batch/month opted, counsellor code, referral details, remaining fee payment date.
• Payment data: transaction ID, order ID, amount, payment status and gateway response from Razorpay or Cashfree. We never store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Documents: 12th / diploma marksheet and latest semester marksheet uploaded by you (max 3 MB per file).
• Usage data: lessons viewed, progress, saved and applied jobs, device/browser type, IP address, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
• Support data: messages sent through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone calls with our counsellors.

• To process pre-registration, create your LMS login and allot your batch.
• To collect fees, verify payments, issue offer letters and receipts.
• To verify uploaded academic documents and mark them approved, in review or rejected.
• To deliver classes, assignments, certificates, placement assistance and job recommendations.
• To attribute enrolments to the counsellor whose code you entered and to compute internal sales reports.
• To send service updates, class reminders, notifications and important account alerts.
• To improve our courses and website, prevent fraud and comply with law.

By submitting a form, making a payment or using your LMS account, you consent to this policy. Where you have given consent for marketing communication, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; service and account-related messages will continue while your enrolment is active.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree) to process and verify payments.
• Cloud & infrastructure providers used for authentication, database, storage, email and hosting.
• Google Workspace services (Google Drive and Google Sheets) for document storage and internal enrolment records.
• Hiring partners — only your CV/profile details, and only when you opt into a placement drive or apply through the job portal.
• Authorities when required by applicable law, court order or to protect our rights.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your referral/counsellor code, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You may block cookies in your browser, but parts of the LMS and job portal may stop working.

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access control, row-level database security and restricted admin access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

Enrolment, payment and invoice records are retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting law. Course progress and certificates are retained so we can re-issue them on request. Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your program and verification cycle.

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate details (name, college, contact number, etc.).
• Request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.
• Opt out of promotional messages.

Our programs are intended for users aged 16 and above. Learners below 18 must enrol with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The job portal and brochures link to company career pages and external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated policy.
