You must be at least 16 years old and provide true, complete and current information. Learners under 18 must enrol with parent or guardian consent. We may reject or cancel an enrolment made with false information.

• A seat is confirmed only after the pre-registration amount is successfully received.
• A valid Counsellor code is mandatory during pre-registration and is used for internal attribution.
• The offer letter and receipt are generated using the details you submit. Incorrect details are your responsibility to correct before the batch starts.
• Batches may be rescheduled or merged based on seat availability; we will inform you in advance.

• Course fees are displayed on the course page and are payable in full or as advance + remaining fee.
• The remaining fee must be paid on or before the date you selected (within 7 days of pre-registration).
• Payments are processed through Razorpay or Cashfree. Gateway or bank charges, if any, are not refundable.
• If the remaining fee is not paid by the due date, your LMS access may be placed on hold until payment is completed.
• Fees, offers and discounts may change at any time; changes do not apply retrospectively to completed payments.

• Your login is personal. Sharing credentials, recording sessions, or redistributing content is prohibited.
• Access is granted for the program duration stated for your course.
• We may suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, content piracy, abusive behaviour, or non-payment — without refund.

You must upload genuine academic documents (12th / diploma marksheet and latest semester marksheet), each under 3 MB. Documents are reviewed and marked approved, in review or rejected. Submitting forged documents leads to immediate termination without refund.

• We provide 100% placement assistance — resume support, mock interviews, referrals and drives.
• This is not a job guarantee. Final hiring decisions rest with employers.
• Eligibility for placement support requires full fee payment, minimum attendance, project submission and document verification.

Job and internship listings are aggregated from public third-party sources and company career pages. We do not own these listings and cannot guarantee accuracy, availability, deadlines or employer response. Never pay money to any employer or agent — Aenexz Tech does not charge for job applications.

All course material, recordings, brochures, assignments, code, branding and website content belong to Aenexz Tech Pvt. Ltd. and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only. Reselling, uploading to third-party platforms, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.

• Be respectful to mentors, staff and peers in classes and community groups.
• No harassment, hate speech, spam, plagiarism or impersonation.
• No attempt to hack, scrape or disrupt our systems.

Certificates are issued only after full fee payment, required attendance and successful project/assessment completion. Certificates certify course completion, not employment.

If we cancel a program entirely and do not offer any alternative batch, the amount paid for that program will be adjusted against another Aenexz Tech program of your choice. This is the only circumstance in which paid amounts may be reallocated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of employment opportunity, income or data.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including internet or power outages, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics or government action. Classes may move online in such cases.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies from the date of posting.
